You will need to contact us with the make, model and serial number of the faulty item as well as the nature of the fault. We will then arrange it to be picked up and replaced ASAP.
All items sold by Business BAse are under warranty, up to 10 years. Because we guarantee quality products, most of our items come with a minimum supplier’s warranty of one year. Some items offer a longer warranty.
Unfortunately we do not offer this option at this stage, as we are concentrating all our efforts to satisfy our Australian customers.

This leaves you the freedom to purchase whenever and from wherever you want. Because we know that your time is precious, we have made all the information that you could require available online.
